Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to join our Space Protection Programs. The role focuses on developing automated test scripts, overseeing test execution, and ensuring integration across subsystems to meet strict space-grade requirements.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with cross-disciplinary teams, driving test plans, troubleshooting hardware/software interfaces, and delivering clear results to program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience developing test automation software and tools.
• Strong communication in fast-paced multi-disciplinary environments.
• Proficiency with scripting languages to support automated test script development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review automated test scripts and testing architecture.
• Oversee test execution of subsystem and system-level tests.
• Document test results and discrepancies; lead anomaly resolutions.
• Coordinate testing activities with support organizations and teams.
• Lead systems integration and test execution efforts.
• Present test status and discrepancies to stakeholders.
