Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Courtland, AL is seeking an experienced full-time Systems Integration & Test Engineer Associate Manager for the Production Operations organization. This position will support a new IRAD program as the Production Test Manager.

You will lead integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, ensure synthesis of customer requirements into test solutions, and direct the creation of comprehensive plans and schedules for complete systems and subsystems.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering/Aerospace Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in Space Vehicle/Missile Integration and Test.
• Experience leading a team through testing.
• Experience in test plan development and spacecraft/missile operations and test.
• Active Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subordinate recruitment, training, performance, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for complete systems and subsystems.
• Define functional and technical specifications and standards, solve interface problems.
• Lead integration and test of components and subsystems across programs.
