Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer (Level 2) to join our Courtland, AL team. This role provides technical oversight in support of harness testing in a production environment for cutting-edge aerospace programs.
The position is on the second shift (Tue-Fri 15:30-02:00) with potential overtime based on schedule and equipment availability. You will develop test plans, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement in test operations.

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer (Level 2) to join our team in Courtland, AL! This position will provide technical oversight and direction in support of functional testing of harness manufacturing in a production environment. This position is in support of the latest cutting‑edge Aerospace programs to include Manned Space Systems, Hypersonic Missiles, Missile Defense, and NASA programs.
This position is to support our second shift on a 4x10 schedule: Tuesday-Friday 1530-0200. However, the position may require periodic or unscheduled overtime and/or non‑standard workweek depending on program schedule requirements and equipment availability.
Full‑Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00
