Job summary

Leidos seeks a Systems Integration Engineer to support the DISA Defense Red Switch Network and an enterprise VoIP management system. You will be part of a team that collaborates with customers and vendors, providing technical assistance, configuring systems, testing, and troubleshooting sub-systems.

You will translate customer goals into integration solutions, perform end-user integration, document procedures, and resolve issues through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience or equivalent
• Broad range of skills across Windows, Linux, VMware, and networking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Active SCI clearance or Top Secret (eligible for SCI)
• Security+ is required
• All candidates must be US citizens to be considered for the position

Responsibilities

• Leverage technical background to understand customer goals and identify best integration solution
• Perform customer integration by following instructions and executing processes
• Test and troubleshoot configurations to confirm successful integration
• Communicate with customers during and after integration including emails, meetings, or phone conversations
• Author or update documentation
• Identify configuration errors and check log files to debug issues
