Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Enterprise Voice Engineer to sustain, maintain, and support DISA voice services within a large IP telephony network. You will perform fault analysis, configure Cisco and Oracle voice platforms, and develop technical policy and reporting for secure, reliable operations.

BS with 4-8 years (MS with 2-6 years) of relevant experience is required, along with DoD 8750 IAT II / Security+ CE certification and an active security clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD 8750 IAT II, Security+ CE or equivalent.
• Experience with Cisco, Avaya or Oracle voice platforms including CUCM, Unity, CUBE, Oracle SBC and Avaya Aura.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a large, complex IP voice and video communications infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot voice, video and data networks; document diagrams and WAN basics.
• Perform fault analysis and configure voice subscribers, call handlers and routing rules.
• Develop policy, work instructions and reporting for an enterprise IP telephony network.
• Analyze SIP signaling and call flows to resolve complex network issues.
