Job summary

Leidos in the United States seeks a seasoned Senior VoIP, VTC, and Telephony Solution Engineer to design, integrate, validate, deploy, and sustain enterprise Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions.

Reporting to the Voice/VTC Manager, you will lead technical workstreams and mentor engineers while driving requirements analysis, architecture, testing, and operations across multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Progressive engineering experience in VoIP, VTC, enterprise telephony, unified communications, collaboration systems, networking, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading the technical execution of complex projects with multiple technologies or disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and execution of VoIP, VTC, telephony, and collaboration projects or workstreams.
• Coordinate engineering activities across multiple technical areas and track milestones for timely completion.
• Provide technical guidance, review work products, and mentor engineers while ensuring operational readiness.
