Job summary

PTC is seeking a Systems Infrastructure Engineer to join our global team. This role focuses on Windows and Linux data center infrastructures, virtualization, and related server technologies, with responsibilities including on-call rotation and customer-focused support to meet SLA targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong VMware, Active Directory, storage and networking knowledge, plus scripting experience (Chef, Puppet, Ansible or Terraform) and excellent documentation skills. U.S.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Active Secret clearance, desirable.
• Experience in IL6/IL5 or FRM environments, desirable.
