Job summary

PSI is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join our global Infrastructure & Platform team. Based in Czechia, you will design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve Windows and Linux server infrastructure to support PSI's business operations worldwide.

You will manage virtualization, storage, backup, PKI, email systems, and admin Active Directory, while leading infrastructure projects and coordinating with vendors. The role emphasizes documentation and cross-domain collaboration.

Qualifications

University degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Hands-on Windows Server and Active Directory experience.
Experience with virtualization technologies.
Experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration.
Experience with PKI and email/MTA technologies.
Backup and disaster recovery experience.
Experience delivering infrastructure projects.
Experience with monitoring, patching and configuration management.
Strong documentation of complex infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain, and improve Windows and Linux server infrastructure.
Manage virtualization, storage, and backup platforms.
Administer Windows Active Directory and PKI.
Support enterprise apps and services on Windows and Linux, including email.
Plan OS patching and infrastructure upgrades per policy.
Lead small/medium infrastructure projects.
Perform qualification, validation, and performance optimization.
Maintain infrastructure asset inventory and warranties.
Coordinate with vendors on deliveries, contracts, and activities.
Develop technical docs, procedures, and standards.
