Job summary

RTX seeks a Systems Engineering Manager. The selected candidate will join a specialized engineering team responsible for ensuring and maintaining system performance requirements, providing system problem/anomaly resolution support, data trending, and performance analysis.

The system engineering team provides program/unique expertise to support the greater engineering team with performing system maintenance activities, providing specialized knowledge/experience to support various projects or

Qualifications

Bachelor's in science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM).
Experience with coding/scripting fundamentals.
Experience with Agile and DevOps tools and practices.
Experience with RF, digital, power and/or communication systems in a large 24x7 environment.
Experience with technical leadership and/or personnel leadership.
Active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Assignments can involve a combination of engineering, system analysis and training tasks.
Engineering tasks include system dynamics, analysis, and determination.
Develop and improve operations processes/tools; diagnose unexpected system signatures.
Support coordination and execution of system maintenance tasks.
Provide technical feedback to improve baseline system development/maintenance.
Coordinate across sites, contractors, customers and partners to accomplish tasks.
Maintain and occasionally develop code/tools to support operations and analysts.
Develop and upgrade training materials; deliver classroom lectures on relevant processes.
