Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer for a premier Space ISR program in Aurora, CO. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and is onsite, supporting system-level analysis, requirements management, and test architecture during the program lifecycle.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure successful verification, integration, and delivery of ISR capabilities. The position emphasizes agile practices and MBSE tools in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• Experience supporting the systems engineering lifecycle
• Experience with government contracts in a systems engineering role
• Experience in space ISR platforms or mission management ground systems
• Understanding of Agile systems engineering practices
• Active TS/SCI clearance required before start date

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define system behavior by developing use cases and supporting system-level analysis
• Decompose requirements, define system interfaces, and determine how requirements will be verified
• Provide engineering support for test activities, including test processes and architecture design
• Support regression testing across deliverable releases
• Participate in technical reviews and technical interchange meetings
