RTX's Applied Signal Technology division seeks a Systems Engineer II in Annapolis Junction, MD for onsite work. You will contribute to system development and deployments supporting national security and provide briefings to customers and management.

Ideal candidates have a Master's in a STEM field, systems engineering experience, and strong problem-solving and scripting skills (Python/Bash). The role may require up to 25% travel and is based in the U.S. on-site.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM.
• Experience in Systems Engineering with design, development and testing of complex hardware/software.
• Strong problem solving and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D on system development and deployments for national security.
• Generate briefings and present material to team members, customers and management.
• Be part of a team making decisions and driving product improvements.
• Travel up to 25%.
