Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and a secret clearance or above. Travel domestically and internationally may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• 5+ years engineering experience.
• Experience with project execution, systems integration, or technical leadership responsibilities (e.g., Project Engineering, Systems Engineering, IPT Lead, V&V).
• Secret security clearance or above.
• Experience with Jira or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day engineering execution for assigned programs, ensuring performance, cost, and schedule are met.
• Identify issues, risks, and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies to proactively manage technical and execution challenges.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions across avionics, software, structures, and systems.
• Serve as the prime technical point of contact for complex projects of varying scale and scope, driving issues to resolution and maintaining leadership awareness.
• Coordinate engineering scope across specialty teams, managing dependencies and integration risks.
• Learn and execute established program and engineering processes, while identifying and implementing improvements that enable team efficiency and execution quality.
• Some travel will be required (foreign and/or domestic) for this role.
