This role partners with platform Chief Engineers on Air Force and Army aircraft and UAS task orders, integrating modified components and sustaining systems.

You will manage a diverse team of engineers and suppliers, apply systems engineering lifecycles, and drive the IMS schedule, risk management, and technical reviews to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Experience with Aviation System Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage systems engineering requirements and interface development.
• Coordinate tests, troubleshoot issues, and execute tests.
• Analyze requirements to define scope, estimates, and IMS plan.
• Prioritize tasks and manage project schedule.
• Oversee staff and subcontractors to ensure on-time deliverables.
