Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth seeks an Aeronautical Engineer Sr Stf to support the Thermodynamics team and major programs such as F-35. You will lead heat transfer analyses, mentor engineers, and drive advanced thermodynamics initiatives across development programs.

The role requires an engineering degree, 8+ years of thermal experience, and active secret clearance. Expect exposure to including ECS, PTMS, TMS, and thermal avionics integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace or Mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years applying thermal science principles, tools, and processes in real-world engineering or research.
• Advanced degree preferred for senior responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own technical integrity for analysis of heat transfer and thermodynamics in complex programs.
• Mentor junior team members in thermal analysis and thermodynamics tools.
• Implement standard work practices and tailor processes to program needs.
• Manage team tasking to meet program performance.
