Job summary

• Understanding of Systems Engineering and hardware engineering principles and processes.
• Experience on government development programs or equivalent.
• Design, development, production, test, integration or operation of spacecraft or defense systems.
• Eligibility for DoD Secret clearance; US citizenship required.
• Leadership of technical teams to achieve program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead TEL hardware engineering team across mechanical, electrical, and systems disciplines.
• Provide engineering support to TEL production for on-time, high-quality deliveries.
• Collaborate with the TEL RSE to ensure technical integrity and lifecycle support.
• Support subcontract program managers with technical evaluation of supplier proposals.
• Mentor engineers and grow engineering talent.
