A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Systems Engineer

Position Type: Full-Time Contract, Contract to hire

Duration: 12 months

Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84116

As a Systems Engineer, you will:

• Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and documentation for Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.


• Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.


• Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.


• Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.


• Senior professional with strong knowledge of technology area and broad knowledge of project management.


• Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight.


• Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures.


• Makes moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes.


• Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.


• This Position Needs Active Secret Security clearance.

Ideal candidate will have

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in science, engineering, or related discipline with 4 years of experience; or 2 years of relevant experience with a Masters (MS) degree; minimum 10 years of relevant experience/education can be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range*: $68-$70 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
