Job summary

Outpost is building the backbone of freight by reinventing supply chain infrastructure with carrier-agnostic truck terminals across America. Backed by $1B from Greenpoint Partners, the company is scaling with a high-performance team that values accountability, integrity, and relentless execution.

We seek hands-on field engineers to own site uptime, troubleshoot edge compute, cameras, networking and power, and to build utilities and documentation for kiosk deployments as we expand to new sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in systems or field engineering supporting production hardware.
• Hands-on Linux troubleshooting and networking knowledge.
• Scripting in Python or Bash and experience with IP cameras and access control.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site uptime and drive repeat failures to zero.
• Troubleshoot edge compute, cameras, networking, and power remotely and on-site.
• Build configuration utilities and maintain documentation for kiosk deployments.
