Extreme Networks seeks a dynamic Systems Engineer for our Sales team in a Pre‑Sales capacity, supporting our Sports and Entertainment vertical. You will design, present, and oversee the implementation of large‑scale public venue networks, traveling to customer sites to present network design methodologies, showcase competitive advantages, and demonstrate technical competency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network engineering, systems design, or pre‑sales.
• Expert‑level knowledge of 802.11 Wi‑Fi technologies and wireless network design.
• Strong background in wired, wireless, and security networking with competitive experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence customer decisions and displace competitive solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Ekahau, Hamina, NetScout or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Design, plan, and oversee the implementation of complex network solutions for sports and entertainment venues.
• Prepare and deliver compelling customer presentations to executive, management, and technical audiences.
• Represent Extreme Networks at trade shows, seminars, industry events, and customer briefings.
• Analyze customer requirements and architect solutions that position Extreme Networks products against competitors.
• Demonstrate Extreme Networks products and articulate competitive advantages and differentiation.
• Manage complex customer interactions with a focus on high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Support and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in live environments.
