Job summary

Ntiva, a leading Managed Services Provider, seeks a Systems Engineer to join our Project Delivery team in Tampa, FL. This onsite role delivers Tier 3 escalation support, designs and implements server, cloud, and Microsoft 365 solutions for diverse clients.

You will configure and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams; automate tasks with PowerShell; and drive secure, reliable infrastructure projects from design to completion.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on IT MSP or related experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving with ownership of issues.
Willingness to learn and grow new skills; proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot servers (physical, virtual, and cloud).
Provide Tier-3 escalation support and critical issue response.
Microsoft 365 migration, configuration, troubleshooting, and admin for clients.
Manage Entra ID and Active Directory synchronization; identity/access troubleshooting.
Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Support and administration of Microsoft Teams; Azure and Intune tasks.
Monitor alerts, perform root-cause analysis, and document outcomes.
Collaborate on client projects and security implementations.
