Hadrian in the United States is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to build the mechanical engineering team and deliver automation equipment from concept through production. You will lead design and manufacturing efforts, mentoring engineers and ensuring on-time delivery.

You will set CAD/GD&T standards, collaborate with controls, software and operations, and apply AI-driven tooling to advance capabilities while maintaining safety and reliability on high-volume lines.

Qualifications

• 12+ years designing automation equipment and leading mechanical engineers.
• Proven track record delivering automation from concept to production on 24/7 lines.
• Strong skills in CAD, GD&T and safety standards.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing such as EV, aerospace, defense.

Responsabilités

• Build, lead and grow the mechanical engineering team for Hadrian's automation equipment.
• Deliver machines, fixtures, end-of-arm tooling and material handling from concept to production.
• Set design standards and run reviews covering CAD, drawings, GD&T, design for manufacture and assembly, and machine safety.
• Stay hands-on: review designs and make hard technical calls.
• Decide what to design in house and what to buy; plan the equipment budget and manage vendors and integrators.
• Partner with controls, software and operations, and bring AI tools into design workflows.
