Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineer – Level 3 in Redondo Beach, CA to join our Space Systems Sector. You will define requirements, interfaces, and architectures for ground satellite systems within an Agile team, and drive product increments through sprints.

The role requires MBSE experience, Cameo/MBSE tooling, and strong communication skills. Active SCI/Top Secret clearance is required; relocation may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience with MBSE and Cameo/MBSE tooling.
• Experience in space-vehicle, command-and-control, or related areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive features for satellite ground systems within Agile framework.
• Translate customer needs into digital artifacts for software implementation.
• Lead verification planning and define test requirements.
• Collaborate across teams on architecture, interfaces, and design.
• Engage in sprint planning, reviews, and product increments.
• Provide SME in Space-Vehicle C2 and share updates with leadership.
• Demonstrate demos/briefings to customers and senior staff.
• Ensure integration of capabilities with ground software systems.
• Utilize Jira/Confluence for tracking and knowledge management.
• Participate in multiple working groups and control boards.
• Additional duties tailored to skill set.
