Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking a Systems Engineer – Level 3 to drive features for satellite ground systems using MBSE models and CAMEO for architecture and verification. You will participate in agile ceremonies, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and present outcomes to leadership.

Required are a STEM degree with 5+ years (or MS with 3 years, PhD with 1 year), active SCI clearance, and readiness to travel up to 10%. Relocation assistance may be available as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Master's degree in STEM with 3 years of experience.
• PhD in STEM with 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and execution of features for the satellite ground systems domain with familiarity in reading CAMEO/MBSE models.
• Participate in working groups, research customer needs and interfaces, and translate them into digital artifacts to enable software implementation.
• Support and/or lead development of verification planning, test requirements, and other key products.
• Work scope covers requirements, verification, interfaces, architecture, design, integration, test and sell-off.
