Job summary

Crossflow Technologies, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Systems Engineer, Level 3, to join the TASD program and work at the Northrop Grumman facility and SSFB.

This on-site role emphasizes model-based systems engineering and data-driven analysis to ensure accurate threat environment simulations. The candidate will collaborate with senior engineers, develop MBSE artifacts, and contribute to documentation, requirements, and briefings for customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years related work experience, or a Master's/PhD in STEM with reduced experience requirements.
• Experience with MIL/M&S frameworks and requirements derivation.

Responsibilities

• Support capability elicitation and derive requirements for development.
• Collaborate on defining and developing processes and procedures.
• Research missile defense concepts and threat model trajectories.
• Develop systems engineering artifacts for development and testing.
• Update technical documentation and user guides for simulation tools.
• Provide briefings to customers and stakeholders on technical solutions.
• Assist in training and orientation of simulation tools.
