Job summary

Crossflow Technologies, Inc. seeks a Systems Engineer, Level 2, to join the TASD program in Colorado Springs, splitting time between a Northrop Grumman facility and SSFB.

The role is onsite daily with limited hybrid options, requiring a current DoD Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI access. The candidate will assist in the software development life cycle, MBSE activities, and data-driven analyses to ensure simulations reflect current and future threat

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university with 2 years of related work experience, or a Master’s in STEM with 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Experience executing or analyzing results from military modeling and simulation frameworks (M&S).
• Experience in data analysis, scripting, or automation using Python, MATLAB, or C++.
• Basic understanding of MBSE concepts and MBSE tools.

Responsibilities

• Support requirement elicitation and derive development requirements.
• Collaborate to define and develop processes and procedures.
• Research missile defense concepts, space-based sensor phenomenology, and threat model trajectories.
• Work with senior engineers to develop systems engineering artifacts for development and testing.
• Develop and update technical documentation, system requirements, and user guides for simulation tools.
• Provide briefings to customers and stakeholders on technical solutions and process updates.
