Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets, performing Tier 1 troubleshooting for network, server, workstation and application issues.
• Assist with installation, configuration and deployment of new systems and hardware; support routine maintenance and security patching.
• Participate in IT projects, including upgrades to infrastructure and cloud initiatives; provide hands-on support across on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Maintain documentation of systems, procedures and troubleshooting steps.
• Travel to firm offices as needed to support technology operations and projects.
