Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough in Columbia, SC seeks a Systems Engineer to support a busy corporate legal team. You will handle Tier 1 tickets, troubleshoot Windows and network issues, and assist with deploying new systems and security patches.

The role requires an associate degree in IT/CS, CompTIA A+ certification, and solid communication and problem-solving skills. Some travel to firm offices may be required, and experience with Active Directory is preferred.

Formación

• Associate's degree in IT/CS and CompTIA A+ certification required.
• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets (Tier 1) per SLA.
• Troubleshoot network, server, workstation, and application issues.
• Install, configure and deploy new systems and hardware; perform maintenance and patching.
• Support IT projects including infrastructure upgrades and cloud initiatives.
• Document systems, procedures and troubleshooting steps; travel to firm offices as needed.
