Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets within established SLAs.
• Perform Tier 1 troubleshooting for network, server, workstation, and application issues.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and deployment of new systems and hardware; support routine maintenance and patching.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and troubleshooting processes.
• Travel to firm offices as needed to support technology operations and projects.
