The role requires an associate’s degree in IT or a related field, CompTIA A+ certification, Windows OS experience, and basic networking know‑how. CCNA and cloud experience are preferred; travel to firm offices will be needed.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
CompTIA A+ certification required.
Cisco CCNA certification is preferred.
Experience with Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets following established SLAs.
Perform Tier 1 troubleshooting for network, server, workstation, and application issues.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and deployment of new systems and hardware.
Support routine system maintenance and security patching activities.
Participate in IT projects including infrastructure upgrades, cloud initiatives, and office construction/expansion.
Provide hands-on support across on-premises and cloud environments; maintain documentation; travel to firm offices as needed.
