Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Six+ years of systems engineering experience for complex technical programs (SE Level III).
• Experience applying SE principles across lifecycle phases: requirements, architecture, integration, verification, validation, and ops support.
• Ability to analyze technical alternatives and recommend engineering solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Systems Engineering & Requirements Management: develop/refine stakeholder requirements and mission needs.
• AI Systems Standards & Integration: support cross-product integration and AI engineering standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Technical Communication: coordinate among stakeholders and leadership; support briefings and working groups.
• Analysis & Problem Solving: identify technical risks and support mitigation; adaptable to changing priorities.
