Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Minimum six (6) years of systems engineering experience on complex programs.
• Experience applying systems engineering across lifecycle phases and with stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering principles across the lifecycle from concept to operation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to refine requirements and mission needs.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure solutions meet technical and operational requirements.
• Assist planning, tracking, and managing engineering activities, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Support development of AI standards, governance frameworks, and cross‑product interoperability.
