Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of six (6) years of systems engineering experience on complex programs.
• Experience across lifecycle phases: requirements, architecture, integration, verification, validation, and operation.
• Experience with stakeholder requirements development, planning, risk management, and information management.
• Proven ability to analyze alternatives and recommend engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering principles across the system lifecycle from concept to operation.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and technical teams to refine requirements.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure solutions meet technical and operational needs.
• Assist in planning, tracking, and managing engineering activities and decisions.
• Support governance and integration of AI-enabled mission systems.
