Job summary

Tech Guardian is an award-winning MSP seeking a Level 2 Systems Engineer. The role focuses on escalation handling, proactive maintenance, and design of Microsoft server environments. On-site support within 30 miles of the Lake Elsinore area and remote client work are required.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, train junior staff, and contribute to migrations while documenting all procedures for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Help Desk or Field Tech experience.
• Systems administrator experience.
• Degree in a related field preferred; industry certs desired.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets and escalate to Level-3 when needed.
• Assist helpdesk and field techs with overflow tickets.
• Test and maintain client backups and BDR compliance.
• Proactively design solutions to improve client experience.
• Implement and troubleshoot Microsoft server environments.
• Secure data networks using industry best practices.
• Design, setup and manage Exchange 2016/2019/M365.
• Document procedures and mentor lower level techs.
