Technology Plus - Your Geek Alternative in Louisville, KY is seeking a Systems Engineer (Level 2 or 3) to join a collaborative IT team. You’ll maintain and enhance our technology infrastructure, support clients and internal teams, and contribute to IT projects in a full-time role.

We value a bachelor’s degree, relevant certifications, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a passion for the latest IT trends. Office-based with occasional varied locations and standard business hours.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for latest IT trends and technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-user support and handle inquiries.
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts.
• Maintain hardware, software, and network records.
• Assist with hardware installations and upgrades.
• Support IT projects and system upgrades.
• Participate in design, troubleshooting, and optimization.
