Technology Plus - Your Geek Alternative in Louisville, KY is seeking a Tier II Systems Engineer to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure. This full-time role collaborates with clients and internal teams, supporting a mix of office, warehouse, and onsite locations, with Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM schedule.

You’ll work across network and server administration, security, backups, and project support, alongside cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS preferred.
• Relevant IT certifications depending on the role.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for staying up to date with IT trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level end-user support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Monitor network and system performance and respond to alerts.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and network configurations.
• Assist with hardware installations, repairs, and upgrades.
• Assist in software installations, updates, and patches.
• Participate in training programs to enhance IT knowledge and skills.
• Manage network devices, servers, security protocols, backups, and projects.
