Job summary

RedHelm is seeking a Systems Engineer II for our Professional Services team in the United States. You will execute technical work per the scope of work, support the Project Manager with client updates, and proactively identify issues while delivering quality documentation and collaboration.

The role emphasizes clear communication, teamwork, and a proactive mindset to learn and grow within a security-focused, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT/project delivery.
• Proven experience managing and executing technical IT projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning and delivery of solutions as outlined in the SoW.
• Participate in daily SCRUM meetings with pod/Project Manager.
• Attend client meetings to provide status updates and propose solutions.
• Mentor team members and assist with scoping and QA checks.
• Coordinate with Technical Account Managers during project reviews.
