Job summary
RedHelm is a Pittsburgh-based technology partner delivering cybersecurity and full-stack IT services integrated by design to protect and accelerate client success. We are seeking a Systems Engineer II for our Professional Services team.
The role executes the technical scope of work, supports the Project Manager with weekly client updates, and proactively identifies issues during project delivery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT project experience, strong documentation and communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant IT project experience.
- Experience managing and executing technical IT projects.
- Strong documentation practices.
- Ability to interface with clients via video, audio, and in-person meetings.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participate in project planning and delivery per SoW.
- Lead daily SCRUM meetings with Project Manager.
- Provide status updates to clients regularly.
- Mentor junior team members and answer questions.
- Coordinate with Technical Account Managers during scoping.
- Assist with migrations of emails and cloud services.
- Ensure quality QA checks on completed projects.
- Collaborate with vendors to implement software/hardware.
