Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience with server technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Cloud services experience: Azure, Google Cloud, AWS
• Storage architecture and virtualization experience
• Experience using Visio or similar documentation tools

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain servers and systems infrastructure including hardware and software
• Assess performance and propose upgrades based on utilization
• Perform system maintenance and upgrades
• Collaborate with Technical Architects on systems design
• Provide support for enterprise identity platforms and IAM services
• Assist in remediation of security findings related to identity platforms
