Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with server technologies and enterprise systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication with target audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the organization’s systems infrastructure, including hardware and software.
• Monitor performance and recommend upgrades based on utilization.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades to systems and assist with design.
• Administer Active Directory, Okta IAM, Google Cloud Identity, and AWS IAM services.
• Troubleshoot enterprise systems issues and document outcomes.
• Assist in remediation of security findings related to identity platforms.
