Job summary

Old Dominion Freight Line seeks an experienced Systems Administrator to support and maintain the company’s systems infrastructure, including hardware, software, and identity services. You will work with AD, Okta, Google Cloud Identity, and AWS IAM while collaborating with Architects on scalable designs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in server technologies, strong communication, and hands-on cloud and storage experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with server technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
Experience with cloud services (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).
Knowledge of storage architecture and virtualization.
Ability to work cross-functionally and document designs with Visio.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the organization’s systems infrastructure, including hardware and software.
Review and update documentation, modes, and reports to meet customer requests.
Collaborate with Technical Architects on systems design.
Administer and support Active Directory, Okta IAM, Google Cloud Identity, and AWS IAM.
Enforce IAM security standards and assist remediation of findings.
Provide user support for enterprise systems and troubleshoot issues.
Assist in server hardware maintenance and virtualization projects.
