Job summary
Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer to support and maintain the organization’s systems infrastructure, including Active Directory, Okta IAM, and cloud platforms. You will collaborate with architects and administrators to implement scalable solutions and ensure security best practices across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least five years of hands-on server technology experience and
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with server technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience working in cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS).
- Knowledge of storage architecture and virtualization.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain systems infrastructure including hardware and software.
- Monitor systems performance and recommend changes based on utilization.
- Perform maintenance and upgrades to systems.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects on system design.
- Administer and support Active Directory environments and IAM services.
