Job summary

Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking a Systems Administrator to monitor and maintain our heterogeneous systems infrastructure, including servers, AD, IAM, and cloud integrations. You will collaborate with architects, perform upgrades, and document configurations to ensure reliable operations across our services.

The role requires 5+ years of server experience, strong troubleshooting, and proficiency with Visio for documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with server technologies.
• Experience with cloud services: Azure, Google Cloud, AWS.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience documenting systems with Visio or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain systems infrastructure (hardware and software).
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades based on utilization.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades to systems.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects to assist with system design.
• Assist administrators in implementing and supporting identity platforms (AD/Okta/GCP/AWS IAM).
