Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supporting servers in a datacenter and cloud environment.
• Ability to implement prompt engineering and AI automation to streamline workflows.
• Familiarity with server monitoring tools.

• Create documentation for deployment and maintenance of technologies.
• Participate in an on-call rotation that consists of 24/7 alerting.
