re:Cycle Reverse Logistics LLC in Greencastle, PA is seeking a Systems Support Engineer for its Failure Analysis lab. You will deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot testing environments for platform and component analysis, focusing on reliability and scalable ITAD testing infrastructure.

You will develop automation, scripts, reporting, and documentation; collaborate with Test Engineering, Hardware, and other partners; participate in 24/7 production readiness; and contribute to safe change

Qualifications

2+ years of Linux systems administration and/or development.
Experience in at least two languages (Python/Java/Perl/PHP/Ruby/Bash).
Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience in a 24/7 production environment.

Responsibilities

Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve testing environments for Failure Analysis.
Develop and support automation, scripting, and tools to improve testing efficiency.
Use source control, change management, and deployment mechanisms for changes.
Monitor infrastructure health, investigate failures, and drive resolution.
Develop reporting, dashboards, documentation, and operational procedures.
Manage engineering work through projects and tickets with ownership and risk management.
Support testing solutions throughout the product lifecycle from requirements to sustainment.
Maintain test infrastructure materials and inventory.
