Job summary

re:Cycle Reverse Logistics LLC seeks a Systems Support Engineer to build, deploy, and maintain testing infrastructure for Failure Analysis in its CVG110 lab. You will develop automation tools, manage test environments, and support cross-functional teams across hardware and software platforms.

The role emphasizes ownership, reliability, and scalable testing to improve quality and operational readiness in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Excellent collaboration with engineering groups is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Linux systems administration and/or development.
• 1+ years of work in at least two languages: Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby or Bash/Shell.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Experience working in a 24/7 production environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve testing environments for Failure Analysis of platforms and components.
• Develop and support automation, scripting, and engineering tools that improve testing efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Utilize source control, code review, change management, and deployment mechanisms to safely implement technical changes.
• Monitor infrastructure health, investigate failures, identify root causes, and drive issues through resolution.
• Develop and improve reporting, dashboards, technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and operational processes.
• Manage engineering work through established project and ticketing mechanisms, including ownership, deliverables, risks, and escalations.
• Support testing solutions throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements and deployment through sustainment and continuous improvement.
• Maintain required test infrastructure materials, components, and inventory.
