Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a System/Principal System Engineer to support EA-18G Growler testing and EW subsystem development at Naval bases and Camarillo, CA. You will lead software integration and test activities within an Agile team and collaborate across disciplines.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree (BS/MS), embedded test experience, and active Secret clearance. Must be able to work onsite fulltime; travel may be required.

Qualifications

BS in STEM with 2+ years or MS in STEM.
Embedded software test development experience.
Experience in Airborne Electronic Attack.
Experience with DOORS or similar requirements databases.
Experience in developing software test plans and directing testing.
Familiar with Jira/Confluence tooling.
Must be a US citizen with active US Secret Clearance.
Ability to work onsite fulltime.

Responsibilities

Support software integration, regression, and verification testing for an EW system.
Develop complex test procedures to verify subsystem requirements.
Analyze system designs and participate in subsystem requirements development.
Identify software problems and provide technical solutions.
Work within an Agile team and collaborate across disciplines.
Engage with customer and internal teams; participate in reviews.
