Job summary

Northrop Grumman Camarillo, CA is seeking a System Engineer to support the U.S. Navy EA-18G Growler programs. You will perform software integration testing, develop test plans, and analyze subsystem requirements in an Agile team environment.

The role requires a STEM degree, 2+ years (or 5+ for principal) in embedded software test development, and a U.S. Secret clearance. Onsite work at Point Mugu/Camarillo, with occasional travel up to 10%.

The ideal System Engineer will have a system engineering background to include experience with Electronic Attack and experience working with software requirements (including developing and executing test plans to verify software requirements). Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
