Job summary

Northrop Grumman Camarillo, CA is seeking a System Engineer to support the U.S. Navy EA-18G Growler programs. You will perform software integration testing, develop test plans, and analyze subsystem requirements in an Agile team environment.

The role requires a STEM degree, 2+ years (or 5+ for principal) in embedded software test development, and a U.S. Secret clearance. Onsite work at Point Mugu/Camarillo, with occasional travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• MS in STEM field with 3+ years of relevant experience (for principal level).
• Embedded software test development experience.
• Experience with Airborne Electronic Attack.
• Familiarity with DOORS, Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Perform software integration testing and verification of an EW system.
• Develop complex software test plans and direct testing activities.
• Analyze system designs and contribute to subsystem requirements development.
• Collaborate with Agile team and customer on reviews and milestones.
