Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Engineer Systems in Orlando, FL with the Sentinel Training Devices Team to perform system engineering across the full lifecycle. You will translate customer requirements into complete system solutions, coordinating across hardware and software domains.

Role requires DoD Secret clearance, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and experience in requirements analysis and modeling using DOORS or Cameo. Relocation may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or Master’s degree with related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Experience with requirements analysis, development and management.
• Proficiency with DOORS or Cameo architecture development tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation for total systems from concept to disposal.
• Convert customer or product requirements into system solutions respecting technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Conduct functional/timeline analyses and interface definition studies to translate requirements into hardware/software specifications.
