Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 2+ years of related technical experience; or Master’s degree with no related technical experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated experience with requirements analysis, development, and management.
• Proficiency with at least one of the following tools: Rational DOORS or Cameo.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability analyses for total systems across product stages.
• Ensure conversion of customer requirements into total system solutions considering schedule and cost constraints.
• Conduct functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition to hardware/software specs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to empower the team and maintain continuous learning.
