Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is hiring a Systems Engineer (level 2) or Principal Systems Engineer (level 3) to join its Roy, Utah team and support the Sentinel Program. You will work on CPLM integration, ERP alignment, and cross-functional data stewardship for secure supply chains.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics, and experience with CPLM tools like DOORs and Teamcenter. Level depends on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 2+ years of applicable engineering experience for level 2; 5+ years with master/PhD for level 3.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher at time of application.
• Ability to obtain SAP approval within company-defined period.
• Experience with systems engineering principles for US Government Defense Programs.

Responsibilities

• CPLM Integration: standardize data structures, parts management, ECOs across departments.
• Align CPLM data with ERP systems to optimize logistics and procurement.
• Utilize JIRA to manage technical backlogs, sprints, and defects.
• Serve as technical liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
